At present it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of the generation of the Internet era (net-generation), i.e. people who value special technical and technological attributes, high efficiency and mobility. The rapid penetration of information technologies in the educational environment, combined with the latest software and pedagogical tools, allowed to move to the development and practical use of modern electronic learning tools.
The main task of higher education in today's society is not only to train a competent professional in his sphere of activity, but also to form his high communicative competence. The use of telecommunications in training and in professional practice allows to quickly obtain the necessary data, including from foreign sources, and to communicate with foreign colleagues to expand the boundaries of their own knowledge. Exchange of experience becomes one of the main sources of new knowledge. All these factors have a positive impact on the motivation to learn a foreign language. In pedagogy there is a need to create new approaches and methods of teaching a foreign language.
